(STATS) -- Illinois State senior offensive lineman Mark Spelman was named Wednesday as the winner of the 2016 FCS Rimington Award, which recognizes the nations outstanding center.Spelman, from Brookfield, Wisconsin, was an All-Missouri Valley Football Conference first-team selection for the second consecutive season.
