This team spent the offseason before 2015 adding veteran players it felt were good enough to get the Colts to the Super Bowl -- only to end up way short of those goals.Whats goodLucas Oil Stadium is still a favorite of fans, ranking 38th overall (11th in the NFL), and the Colts reasonable ticket prices and winning record mean they always place well in bang for the buck. More good news: Andrew Luck isnt going anywhere anytime soon, after Jim Irsay gave him a six-year, $140 million deal during the offseason. And Irsay and the front office are slowly attempting to add younger pieces around him, so that they dont waste his talent.Whats badCoach Chuck Pagano has led the Colts to the playoffs in three of his four seasons -- including the AFC Championship Game in 2014 -- and even had the Colts (8-8) on the brink last year without Luck for most of the season. But not everything has gone smoothly for them under Pagano -- as seen by his 62nd-place ranking, down 26 spots from last year. Pagano arrived in Indianapolis with a defensive reputation in 2012, but the Colts are still waiting to put a top-of-the-line defensive unit on the field in his tenure: Theyve finished 20th or worse in defense under Pagano in three of his four seasons.Whats newThe Colts will always remain relevant as long as they have Luck, but fans are losing patience with the rest of this roster: That ranking fell all the way from 15th last year to 51st in 2016. The quarterback has talented skill position players to turn to in receivers T.Y. Hilton, Donte Moncrief and Phillip Dorsett, as well as tight end Dwayne Allen. General manager Ryan Grigson tried to address the offensive line by using half of the teams eight draft picks on offensive linemen. But the issue with the Colts is an aging defense that has six starters -- including three of four starting linebackers -- at least 30 years old.Next: Minnesota Vikings?| Full rankings 49ers Jerseys Authentic China . -- Most satisfying to Russ Smith about No. Tom Rathman Jersey . WINNIPEG -- The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will kick off the opening of their new stadium with an Olympic-style run. But instead of a torch, the 400 runners who traverse a good chunk of southern Manitoba will carry a football. "I was involved in the Pan American games in 1999," said Bomber vice-president Jerry Maslowsky. "One of the things I really remember was the torch run and part of that was getting communities handing (off) this torch and bringing it into Winnipeg." He said theyre doing something similar to recognize that the team represents all of Manitoba and not just its namesake city. The run will begin June 22nd in Portage la Prairie and end June 27th in Winnipeg, when the Bombers host their first regular-season game at Investors Group Field. The announcement was made at the headquarters of the Great-West Life Assurance Co., which sits on the spot where the old Osborne Stadium once played host to the Bombers. It was followed in 1953 by Winnipeg Stadium, later known as Canaad Inns Stadium, which was torn down this year.dddddddddddd In Winnipeg, the run will pass by the former sites of Osborne Stadium and Canad Inns Stadium before ending up at Investors Group Field. The 33,500-seat field on the grounds of the University of Manitoba is opening a year behind schedule because of construction delays. People will be able to apply online or at various sponsors to be one of 300 runners selected from the general public and contest details will be announced May 21. Another 100 runners will include mayors and others already selected. Former Bomber veteran Doug Brown is a spokesman for the Kickoff Run and joked that no fumbles will
